Abstract
The GloMax®-Multi Jr in combination with the Pierce Coomassie Plus Assay Kit provides a convenient procedure for quantifying protein. When the Coomassie dye binds protein, the absorption maximum shifts from 465nm to 595nm. The Absorbance Module detects as little as 25μg of BSA in 1.5mL of Coomassie Plus Reagent.
